Reservation and Rental Policies

Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount must be received to confirm a reservation.

Full payment of the rental balance due is required no less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Reservations are subject to a $200 security authorization.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date may have the deposit applied to a stay at the Lakeside Suites within one year of the original check-in date.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will forfeit all deposits and payment of rental balance due.

Cleaning Fees

Stays of less than three days are subject to a $55 cleaning fee.

Check-In/Checkout

Check-In Time is 3 p.m.

Checkout Time is 11 a.m.

We cannot accommodate earlier check-ins or checkouts, because we often have parties departing and arriving on the same day.

Parking

You will be able to park behind your suite.

Boats

Blue lake is a private lake and does not have a public boat landing. We have aluminum rowboats, canoes and kayaks for your use.

You may bring a small motor (10HP or less) or an electric motor for use on the boats.

Life Jackets

Life jackets are required on Blue Lake. If you use one of our boats, you are required to have one life jacket per person. Anyone under the age of 12 needs to wear a life jacket at all times. IT'S THE LAW.

You must request life jackets at the time of booking. We have XL, L, M and S sizes. If you have a infant, you will need to bring an infant life jacket.

Life jackets must be left the suite upon departure.

We charge $50 per jacket for any missing life jackets.

General Policies

Minimum stay is three days.

Please make sure that all keys are left behind at the suite. We charge a $25 replacement fee for each lost key.

All suites are non-smoking units. If smoking occurs in the suite, we will charge a $100 deodorizing fee.

No pets are allowed in any suite.

A maximum of four overnight guests are allowed.

A $15 fee will be charged for any missing beach or bath towels upon checkout.
